Nicola Mitchell

Business Manager

Nicola joined the EMS Senior Leadership Team in January 2019.  She has a masters degree in leadership from the University of Birmingham and brings with her a wealth of public service management experience from over 20 years of working in the NHS.

Both her brothers and her father are mathematics teachers, so she’s no stranger the world of education, even her husband’s a teacher – albeit in music.

Nicola has three teenage boys, and a rather energetic Cockerpoo that enjoys a lot of walking in the beautiful Devonshire countryside.
